Norma Quinto's career has always moved between worlds, and that restless curiosity has shaped everything she has built. It began in the thick of New York's nightlife, booking bands and curating art exhibitions at the VIP rooms at the Limelight and the Palladium while studying at NYU, an early immersion in the space where culture, creativity, and hospitality converge.
From there, she stepped into fashion's most demanding arena, starting her career as a publicist at Dolce and Gabbana in 1991 before building a long-standing relationship with the CFDA at the heart of New York's fashion industry. In 1993 she founded Quinto + Company, Inc. collaborating with some of the most influential names in fashion, as well as cultural institutions.
In 2011 she relocated to Berlin, and covered the German scene and fashion markets as a journalist for trade publication WWD. In 2014, reestablishing the agency as Quinto GmbH and embedding into the city's art, music, and fashion scenes. The practice has since grown to include artist management, and creative consulting, working with photographers, sculptors, and contemporary dance companies whose work sits at the intersection of movement, visual art, and electronic music.
Over the past eight years, wine and culinary culture have become an equally defining part of the Quinto identity, through long-running wine masterclasses at Soho House Berlin and a program of gastronomy events. It is a practice built on genuine fluency across worlds that rarely talk to each other, and thirty years of knowing exactly how to bring them together.
